Due to years of many nagging injuries, I wanted to move forward in the right direction, to feel better long-term and to know that all of my attempts to be healthier would continually pay off. I was frustrated and often left in the dark to seek ways to get better on my own. Commonly, adjustments did not "hold" for long and I was usually back to where I was to begin with shortly after my care. Seeking to eliminate my pain and to preserve alignment through balancing and strengthening my body led me on a journey to "pick up the broken pieces" of my own care by discovering what I can offer to others dealing with similar experiences, as well as to help those wanting to find new ways to improve their overall physical health.
